1. Reservations, Check-In and Room Access

All reservations are subject to availability and are considered confirmed only after approval by Holy Ground Hotel.

Upon arrival, guests must present valid identification and provide all information required to complete check-in.

Room access is provided only after all check-in requirements have been completed and payment for the stay has been made in full at the front desk. Guests may not enter or occupy a room before payment is completed.

Guests should retain their payment receipt as official proof of payment. Payments are non-transferable unless expressly authorized by hotel management.

Any extension of a stay must be requested and paid for before the originally paid period expires.

2. Payment

Payment for accommodation must be made in full at the front desk before the guest occupies the room.

No guest is authorized to access a room without payment of all applicable charges.

Accepted payment methods are determined by the hotel and may be changed without prior notice.

Payments are considered final unless a refund or adjustment is expressly approved by hotel management or otherwise required by applicable law.

Guests must keep their payment receipt as proof of payment.

Any additional stay, service, or extension must be paid for before it is used.

3. Room Occupancy, Use and Responsibility

The maximum occupancy is three (3) persons per room, unless otherwise approved by hotel management.

Any additional guest must be declared at the front desk and may be subject to an additional charge.

Exceeding the approved occupancy limit may result in termination of the stay without refund, subject to applicable law.

Rooms are provided exclusively for accommodation purposes. Guests may not sublet, transfer, or make their room available to another person without prior authorization from hotel management.

Guests are responsible for the room, furniture, equipment, and other hotel property made available to them. Damage, loss, or deterioration caused by a guest or their visitors may be charged to the guest.

4. Visitors

All visitors must be reported to the front desk.

Access to guest rooms and permission to remain on hotel premises are subject to hotel approval.

Holy Ground Hotel reserves the right to restrict or refuse visitor access for security, safety, or operational reasons.

Guests remain responsible for the conduct and actions of their visitors.

5. Safety, Conduct and Public Order

Violent, aggressive, threatening, abusive, or disruptive behavior is strictly prohibited.

Illegal activity of any kind is prohibited on hotel premises.

The possession, introduction, or use of weapons, illegal substances, or dangerous objects is prohibited.

Any serious breach of hotel safety rules or threat to persons or property may result in immediate termination of the stay and, where appropriate, referral to the relevant authorities.

6. Noise and Quiet Hours

Guests must respect the peace and comfort of other guests.

Excessive noise, parties, loud behavior, or excessive use of audio equipment is prohibited.

Guests are expected to observe the hotel’s designated quiet hours and any instructions provided by hotel management.

7. Cleanliness, Hygiene and Care of Property

Guest rooms and common areas must be kept reasonably clean and in good condition.

Trash must be disposed of only in designated areas.

Guests may be charged for damage, excessive mess, or unusual cleaning required as a result of their actions or the actions of their visitors.

8. Smoking, Fire and Fire Safety

Smoking is prohibited inside guest rooms and in all areas designated as non-smoking.

The use of appliances, equipment, or materials that create a fire hazard is prohibited.

Tampering with fire alarms, fire extinguishers, emergency equipment, or other safety devices is strictly prohibited and may result in penalties or immediate termination of the stay.

9. Personal Belongings and Valuables

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables.

Guests are advised not to leave cash, jewelry, important documents, electronics, or other valuable items unattended.

Lost or misplaced items should be reported to the front desk as soon as possible.

10. Check-Out

Guests must vacate their rooms by the hotel’s established check-out time.

Late check-out must be approved in advance by the front desk and may be subject to additional charges.

Room keys and any other access devices provided by the hotel must be returned before departure.

11. Cancellation, Refunds and Termination of Stay

Applicable cancellation and refund policies will be communicated to guests at the time of reservation or payment.

No refund will be provided for early departure unless expressly approved by hotel management or required by applicable law.

In the event of a serious violation of these Terms & Conditions, Holy Ground Hotel reserves the right to terminate the guest’s stay in accordance with applicable law.

12. Liability and Damages

Guests are responsible for damage caused intentionally or through negligence.

Holy Ground Hotel reserves the right to charge guests for necessary repairs, replacements, or restoration resulting from damage caused by the guest or their visitors.

The hotel is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage resulting from a guest’s failure to follow hotel safety instructions or from leaving personal belongings unattended, subject to applicable law.

13. Compliance with Hotel Rules

By staying at Holy Ground Hotel, guests acknowledge that they are responsible for complying with these Terms & Conditions and any reasonable hotel rules communicated during their stay.

Hotel management reserves the right to take appropriate action when these rules are violated, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

14. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

By completing check-in and staying at Holy Ground Hotel, the guest acknowledges and accepts these Terms & Conditions.
